I believe your website says there is free local delivery - do you arrange that or does the buyer? Can you give specifics on what the delivery includes and whether there is any charge for it? A: Good condition. We do not know how long it was used. The sofa is in San Francisco. The delivery cost is $100 for local deliveries in San Francisco and the Peninsula. For the East and South Bay, the delivery fee is $150–$225. We arrange the delivery. We offer first-room delivery unless the delivery destination is not on the ground floor and there is no elevator. In such cases, the delivery will be completed in the destination's lobby. Delivery service does not include disassembly of property (doors, gates, etc.) if the item(s) do not fit.
