We strive to make the purchase of pre-owned items as convenient as possible. At the time of purchase you can select to pick up the items from our location in San Francisco or have them delivered/shipped.

For Local (San Francisco and the Peninsula) deliveries the cost is $150 for the entire order. For the East, North and South Bay the delivery fee varies from $150-$250. We do first-room delivery. If the delivery requires our team taking items up stairs we charge an additional $25 per flight of stairs. If our team is unable to safely bring the item up the stairs the delivery will be complete at the lobby/ground floor of the destination. Delivery service does not include disassembly of property (door, gates, etc) in the event that delivery item(s) do not fit. Please make sure to measure your space to ensure that the item will fit for the delivery - if not the delivery fee is non-refundable.

Items can be held after purchase for 10 days after which we will charge a storage fee. Please refer to our FAQ for additional details.
