This iconic mid-century modern walnut-and-glass coffee table was created by Adrian Pearsall for his company Craft Associates during the mid‑1950s to mid‑1960s. This Jacks' Coffee Table features a base crafted from solid walnut, with four interlocking, curved elements that radiate outward in a jack-like configuration. Each leg is smoothly sculpted with soft edges and flowing transitions. Brass levelers at the feet provide subtle detail and stability. Resting atop the base is a thick glass surface. The transparent glass allows full visibility of the sculptural walnut base below, creating a sense of lightness and visual depth.
