Q: It appears to be not working with the weights sitting there at the bottom of the case? Any idea how far from functioning it is?

A: We believe they are working, but we are not experts. Please come in and see it in person. Our warehouse is located at 2415 17th St. in San Francisco, 94110; we're open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday and 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on weekends.

Q: How do you know how old it is & are all the parts there
