Q: Hi, I'm not sure that the message that I sent from my phone went through. I was very disappointed to see the condition of the table. The photos that were posted showed one little nick. There are many nicks, which I could overlook, but the GIANT SCRATCH is impossible to ignore. The employees at Repearch told me that the person that had previously bought the table returned it for that big, impossible to ignore, scratch. I feel like I purchased an item that was not described honestly and kindly request a 50% discount. I had to take time off of work, remove car seats, drive across town twice, etc. so I would appreciate you acknowledging error in the product description and provide the refund that I am requesting. I understand that I have 7 days to return the item. Thank you, Chloe
