Recycled bags and boxes

All of the famous black and white boxes are made with renewable fiber that contains post-consumer recyclable material. Store shopping bags are made from 100 percent post-consumer recycled paper (minimum 85 percent post-consumer waste) certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and printed with water-based inks. Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified spaces in the U.S. at the Crate and Barrel distribution center in Tracy, California. Every catalog and sourcebook is printed on paper from responsibly managed forests and certified by the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council). Only paper that is bleached without elemental chlorine is used.
